I was beginning to think this last night. Just finding an entirely new forum. The events of last night left a sour taste in my mouth. Was uncalled for, and was shameful. Mick needs to clean up the boards, and have stricter Modding. People cannot simply post the stuff, they post. And get away scot free. Yes, this is only an internet forum, but that doesnt mean we still cant get offended by the trash 'keyboard warriors' post.
I love this site, for its community feel. No other forum would be quite like this. I like how, alot of know alot about each other. Without ever actually meeting up. No, no other site will replicate the feel of this place. But last night was really a nail in the coffin of not606 in my opinion. Its a massive shame. The minority, as always, ruin it for the majority.

Not entirely sure as I wasn't on here that much yesterday, but the GC lot were posting thread after thread of jokes about Gary Speed, and understandably a lot of people voiced their concerns and were just met with more abuse and pisstaking from what I can gather.
People on GC started to post Jokes about Gary Speed. After being confronted, they claimed alot of people were just had 'mock grief'. Which really ****ing angered me. These people dont know me, they dont know my feelings. How dare they accuse me of mock grief!
Were the millions of people who lined the streets of London when Diana died just having 'mock grief'? I said a few times yesterday, that for me. The death of Gary Speed was alot more heartfelt than Michael Jacksons death, and that of Diana. So, to be told I wasnt really upset, and I was just trying to 'fit in' was an insult.
What annoyed me even more however, was how a certain Viking Erik also joined in with these jokes. And after being banned because of it, created an entirely new account, just to berate us, and argue.
And yet, after everything, they're still going on about it. ****ing despicable ****s.

Something needs to be done. Really does. Yet another thread people could find offensive
Wouldn't surpise me if all articles on GC were blocked by robots.txt so Google etc don't pick up on them.
As far as I'm aware, Syd and Mick attempted to stop it all by deleting a lot of the threads, which in turn just causes more uproar. I don't think it's the entirety of the GC lot who are that sick, just several individuals at the forefront of it all. Mick plans to make changes to the site within the next few weeks, aiming to, and I quote, make GC "less obvious". Obviously he can't delete it, as unfortunately it's the main principle of this site to be able to chat "freely" (however horrible that freedom turns out to be).
We shall see. Expect there to be changes though. Nothing too drastic, but changes nonetheless.
Also, if anyone pisses off to join another site, let us all know eh

Great, just a couple of pages after I was discussing laptop problems with Smudger on here... I now have laptop problems 
Got the whole "plugged in not charging" thing going on. It isn't the AC adapter or the battery, they're brand new. I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them (which could often be the problem), but that's not working. As far as I know it's just a new power board I need. The charging port thing is ****ed too. Shame I've got no pissing money to replace it!!

I've no interest in this site any more whether this changes over the coming days who knows but to be honest i don't want to be part of a site which allows sick ****s to spew vile crack. it wasn't just the gary speed thing for me there was an incident on the bike forum concerning that twat huth posting a thread calling a rider who had died that day a ****.complaints were put in i deleted the thread and **** all was done about him as he was spewing his rancid **** last night about speed.
Aye, I heard about that. Ridiculous to be honest. Was possible to just ignore that lot but it's just got out of hand now. The likelihood is we'll find a new forum eventually, as long as we all migrate to the same one eh!
i'm up for that to many sound lads on here if everyone else is up for it so am i
