it's how they used to make cucumber sarnies years ago two slices of bread one of toast (crusts cut off) and cucumbers silce of bread with cucumbers then toast more cucumbers then bread cut into triangles and serve

now that actually sounds nice! Just bread surrounded by bread wouldn't exactly be great though...severe lack of moistness going on there!
