Yeah I wish footballers would just keep their traps shut about Europe. Yes we've started well, but the probability of us playing CL football next season is very, very slim.
I know it sounds mad but I'd rather we didn't get European football next season,keep our good players get rid of the dross and add to it push on for Europe the season after with a much stronger squad i.e. good back up players not the likes of perch,guthrie,smith etc.
Coloccini agrees with you. I dunno though, if we have a good January transfer window and the prospect of more additions to beef up our squad in the summer I'd have no problem with an extra competition next season.
