Scott Wilson (Echo): "No Shola Ameobi on Saturday for NUFC - out with a knock. Santon has been running today and Pardew is confident he won't need an operation."
If we win on Saturday would that be the first week in the clubs history where nothing dramatic and unnecessary happens to us? Also, I wonder who the 4 players will be? http://www.nufc.co.uk/articles/20110921/weve-got-the-power_2281670_2458442
Yeah I saw it. What's your point? I mean we havent had a good week here were Ashley or the FA or someone dont piss us off and this could be it. Shola getting injured doesnt exactly ruin anything for me.
I hope it was. I wouldnt wish injury on a player but who is upset that Shola will miss the game, seriously?
Steve Harper will be one, as he's a big darts fan and took part last time Taylor came up with Allardyce and Milner.
Saturday - team played well against Villa (1-1), Cabaye looked really good (there's highlights of him on youtube). Marveaux came on and looked quality too. Shola is the same. Tuesday - HBA returned and was decent apparently, Marveaux played very well according to the radio plus debuts for Abeid and Elliot. Finished 4-3 AET with Colo winning it in the 120th minutes. I can't think of much else, we're sitting in 4th at the moment and things are looking pretty positive! Oh, can't remember if it's over a week since this, but the Newcastle United sign at St James' has been Ashley'd with Sportsdirect logos on either side
Sammy_Ameobi Samuel Ameobi Can't wait for paintballing next week, players vs staff...no chance in spotting Sammy "STEALTH" Ameobi! Pardew paintballing? Now this I'd like to see...
