Could quote the funny bits all day but this is a really nice touch.

Pardew has a pic with a kid who is clearly nervous as hell – he’s in full Toon kit, (obviously) and Pardew tells him he could be his new number 9 one day. Investing in youth? He does a few posed shots and pretends like he’s a new signing and makes a real fuss of the lad. My opinion of Alan Pardew is hugely different after today.

Miss those days, it was that kind of thing that got me hooked on Newcastle United. Was never the same when he came back.

Keegan was awesome. I don't care about what people think of his return and what happened afterwards, he was still the most fun, excitable and enthusiastic manager we've had in my lifetime and it was that enthusiasm that made our games so exciting to watch. And much like you, its that enthusiasm that really got me excited about football when I was small.

This was my favourite part:

Yohan Cabaye was walking towards me. In shorts. Hatem Ben Arfa was there too. My life seemed to actually be in slow motion at this point and I remember kind of waving my camera in their general direction. Hatem does a bit of a double take and kinda looks at Yohan and goes along with it…

The two of them let me in the middle and they BOTH put their arms round me… At this point I’m almost beginning to question my sexuality.

Has to be AH.

Yeah pretty much last year was exciting to watch but it was still a long way off those days and the days when Sir Bobby Robson was in charge (still not as good as Keegan 90's era). Personally I don't blame Keegan for leaving as he wasn't being allowed to do his job properly by Ashley and others.

Yeah totally agree.
