Anyone ever gone back to forums they used years ago? I've just recovered an account on some forums I signed up to five years ago and left 4 years (and a month) ago, due intending to get back into that game. It's weird being able to see what your own personality was like in so much detail, realising how much you've changed and finding out that you'd hate younger you...
Sometimes if I look back at my posts on here 6 months ago I hate the 6 month younger me I've only ever been on 3 forums other than this. One I ran, the other I moderated for some people I met on another forum, and the third one was said other forum. First two don't exist anymore I don't think and I never go on the other one.
Out of interest - Why was Ba on the bench yesterday? I have him in my FF team and thought he would start Is it because he's new and not settled yet - or simply Pardew's tactics for that game (which of course worked). And do you see him as being a regular starter once he gets his chance? Congratulations on the result
Well im checking how our American fans are celebrating. http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1804131&page=5
'cause Pardew wanted to start Shola over him, with it being with the derby. Fat lot of good that did, mind. We're only 2 games in though so we should start seeing him get more starts and he'll hopefully find his feet and hopefully knock a few in! Would like him to start over Shola, definitely. And up front too, rather than having him play just behind Shola like against Arsenal
Expect him to be a starter, Pardew talked about him being our main striker this season. Just started Shola in the derby though because of his fantastic record against them.
Cheers bud - I'm gonna leave him in. Just play my other 2 until i see him regularly start. EDIT: Also thanks Smudge
I had the same with msn conversations, I didn't realise my computer saved all of them. Conversations then basically consisted of 'u arite?' 'yh u?' 'yh m8'
Guessing a few of you have all heard about the Red Arrows crash at Bournemouth yesterday and the pilot who lost his life. Absolutely terrible news. I was just saying on GC that I'm quite gutted because being from Lincolnshire they're based just round the corner from me so I see them quite regularly. Tragic incident.
