Remember my dad setting up a tv aerial with a coat hangar, as that was the only way we could get ATV, as Granada didnt show Spiderman on Thursday afternoons at 16:20, Picture was crap but hey I was only 6 or 7

Oh I agree it was very random. I was watching files names being transferred on my desktop, thinking wtf is that song, I don't remember buying that, then finding out it was either on a movie soundtrack or some obscure various artist compilation.
Thursday afternoon was coat hanger day, as we had Spiderman, which was class, followed by the Time Tunnel. Seems strange that other than local news, regional itv channels showed different programmes.
