Trouble is folks...so many of you have a go at Gomarchingin....while it is true he does have a lot of what most see as challenging opinions. Is it any wonder when one of you throws in what under most circumstances might have been seen as an innocent joke, was taken as a serious attempt at a personal insult to his wife?
Barry you have to take your share of the blame in this...not everyone's response has been insulting even remotely, yet on occasion you have suggested otherwise. Which does suggest you do expect negative responses to all replies and do do not see any as anything different.

you wouldn't believe how many times we have tried to converse with him, often in agreement. He just is incapable of considering a positive view on an agreed position and then he gets all "you are a bunch of sandal wearing sheep" negative and posts the same thing over and over and over and over again.
Simply no need for his wife to be dragged into any stiock though; joking or not, that was wrong.

Beddytare, and all, I think my opinion on gomarchinging's style, manner and communication skills are well known: he pisses me off. However, he can not be considered partly at fault for someone bringing his wife into this. This forum is/was/and can be again, very good. I believe Barry has dragged it down with his droaning and moaning, but his wife should never be spoken of poorly on a forum, even in gest. It is a little childish, very impolite and simply wrong.

I was not saying he was partly at fault for someone introducing his wife at all. I was trying to suggest that not all replies to his posts were negative or meant derogatorily. Yet he responded to them as if they mostly are/were.
Err, why do we even need to consider buying any defenders? What is wrong with those we already have?

I'd buy one. Unless Reeves turns out to be good enough I'd like a left-back. Centre-back isn't as much of a concern for me as Fonte and Yoshida look decent, but I wouldn't complain if we brought one in, perhaps a veteran of this league, just to cut out a few of the silly mistakes.
I honestly think he is being serious , it scares me it really scares me , these defenders are Championship at best , what was Yoshida doing exactly for the 2nd ? There was no ice around yesterday , Clyne who has a future possibly was shocking for the 1st , got ghosted completely .
Gomarchingin do you enjoy your time on this forum? Every day I see you getting into arguments with other posters and wonder whether for your sake it's actually worth it? If you don't have a problem with it/enjoy it then great! If not, surely it's not worth your time?
What's really sad is that he now seems to have a little cult following of other whiny man-children. One can only hope that soon they'll all decide to end it all Jonestown style (yes, that was also a joke).
maybe a few for him is 26. my honest opinion is that to stay in this league we are going to need to buy experienced premier league players and in jan that doesn't come cheap. I'm guessing 15-20 mill for 3 or 4 defenders. Then they have to be amazing from game 1 and we still need our attackers to be scoring at the same rate they are. In summary a lot of money a lot of luck and pray to good that teams around us stop beating teams like arsenal.
