Yes sorry mate, just 'forwarded' a message without checking it.

I'm waiting for someone to confirm something I was told earlier and not concentrating.

Whiteleas Wanderer has just posted most of it.
No worries appreciate all the updates have to say confirmation comes from anywhere else other than you ill be a bit disappointed:emoticon-0102-bigsm want you to be the one to break it

As West Winger has repeatedly said - all 3 were listed as active from day 1 as they're actively a director for that company until such a time as you leave the company and your profile becomes inactive. That being said, that company means nothing at the moment, it might as well be called "Crankies Chocolate Fountain" - they've set that up to buy Madrox or Sunderland Limited through that company, so we're better off keeping an eye on those two Companies House pages to look for new shareholders.

(And by nothing - I mean it means absolutely everything but we can't glean any more information from it than we already have)
They don't need to file the papers with Companies House straight away. You get 14 days for a change of PSC but nothing happens if it's late.

Exactly my thoughts, pretty sure Madrox was set up weeks before they completed their takeover of the club.

1) Just popped the first can!
2) Laptop on to liaise with all you lovely fine people instead of using my phone.
3) Wife is putting the finishing touch's to a lovely chilli

.........bring on the Takeover! :1980_boogie_down::1980_boogie_down::1980_boogie_down:
Same here, but I thought I’d enhance it with a brandy.

I'd be just as happy if it's Joey Barton who breaks the news by attaching a note to a brick and hoying it through my windscreen from a motorway flyover <laugh>

Of course, but the changes would be reflected on Madrox or Sunderland Limited as FPP would become a significant person in one of those. I wouldn't expect it to show a change on there before they announce, they'll be too clued up to let it slip like that, just stating if any changes were to happen it likely wouldn't change on FPP's listing.

it did. It goes active the second the company is incorporated and remains active until the director resigns.
I just meant that it would have had active status since it was first published on site.... not as some people new to companies house seem to be reading from the post, that there is some sort of inactive status prior to becoming active.
