okay, so i bit the bullet and signed up for this one as well, as others have said, it was getting a wee bit mental with all the calling and sniping.

looking forward to actually reading updates ;)

It's a talk in to inform Sunderland supporters when all said and done.

Repeating what's been said, to friends, is in no way disrespectful imo.

Think they've got far too much faith in our fans like! People are bound to text mates and the likes, someone will blab. Hopefully you can at least say whether it's been a positive night or not! Bit odd if there's anything fairly major and they're only letting a couple of hundred who are randomly at a talk in know about it mind, but as long as it's good news I'm not arsed!

I’d be staggered if there isn’t something on Twitter within minutes of the talk in starting tbh.

Also, and all joking aside, it seems incredibly **** that the thousands of Sunderland fans who don’t happen to be in the Consett branch can’t find out what’s happening with the club when the owner is clearly happy to answer questions about it.
