    I think it's a 'status' thing.

    GOM is respected because he just started explaining complex stuff regarding accounts for SAFC fans for no other reason than he was trying to help people.
    He was so successful at it that he actually has mags come on the board when their accounts are published asking for help and thanking him.

    I'm sure there's a lot of very highly skilled and qualified people in that sector on the board, some comment, some add to it, but KM sometimes tries to 'up his own status' by challenging GOM and effectively saying 'I'm as qualified as him'.
    Unfortunately he has no 'goodwill in the bank' and comes across at times as condescending to people who query him - it's not a good combination.

    Nope will get up early take bairn to club shop get in our seats right by the pitch as he wants to be there (I'll be on guard for stray balls so bairn doesn't take one in the face :emoticon-0102-bigsm

    Never betting on Sunderland again but I am going to put 50 quid on us NOT to get promoted so hopefully it works the other way around.

    A glorious sunday in May, SAFC beat Man City 10-0 at home to secure the Premier League title with a record points hall.

    The usual suspects would be whingeing that the pies were too hot or summat

    @HeatonMackem is the boy on here for the financial issues. Most of it goes way over my head but he seems to be able to explain it in layman's terms very much like GOM on RTG

    I'm a wimp with anything apart from lager can't hack spirits or anything like that.

    I’m still very cautious simply due to the fact I do not trust SD and CM to run this club properly. They’ve done fantastic to get this initial investment mind, and I believe it will be a full blown takeover once our fortunes turn and we get promotion(s).

    Nothing in the last 18 month of them running the club fills me with confidence they can do things correctly, but I imagine they’ll have to make this a success otherwise they’re ****ed with the investors. They can’t afford to **** this up - literally.

    Superb news to just get them on board though, and all involved should be commended

    Tried a few of them new craft beers / lagers
    Nice lovely Indians in our favourite restaurant
    A few malts then off to bed tomorrow I pick up my new bmw
