He does seem to think Parkinson is a good appointment,but I'm guessing he's anticipating more good news other than just that today,hence his SD rating?
I've never really been able to make my mind up about him.....as usual,we'll have to wait and see.

I'd have thought it might be a Phillips reference because he also had a post about Parkinson saying something cryptic about what he "brings to the table and next" (does it mean Phillips is coming as well and will be manager after him) but, much though I love skp I don't exactly think that would be enough to make it a particularly good day!
