Yeah I remember, and he is on a hiding to nothing, if you’d been beaten today I’m sure ‘credit’ wouldn’t have been given to him using Benitez’s tactics.
I’ll never understand anyone wanting their team to be beaten.

What do you think he said at the talk in to scupper the deal. He barely mentioned it

No I won’t. If you want to exchange trivialities fair enough but don’t clog up an interesting thread. I appreciate you’ve been here a while so will respect that and not respond in kind, but in future do not reply with foul language to me.

I was replying to a mate on here. I do however acknowledge that it was on a thread about your takeover, and I’ll try to keep “on topic.”

I'm not sure, just the fact he talked about it, and stressed unofficially that it was more than 50% complete. Suddenly 2 days later the Sun was saying it was doubtful, even though Donald denied it and has been quiet ever since.
