5 weeks is nothing in the grand scheme of things is it? I think it was 10 weeks for our last house to go through. The snag that added around 4 weeks to our purchase was they needed to clear up an issue as we back onto a railway line and there appeared to be 2 boundaries. It was a right chew on and that was for one daft thing, There’s probably hundreds of similar little issues on a sale this big, especially if they’re trying to acquire land around the stadium if the rumours are to be believed.
I’m still papping myself like and I wish the sods would just put us out of our misery one way or the other as it’s taking over my bloody life

I remember him appearing on this thread and trying to derail it, so I asked him what his thoughts were about the takeover, he gave an anodyne response and I get up the next morning and he's gone?
