Not true, this happened last year - he's a free agent who had a pre-contract Bosman agreed with Stuttgart last season, but they withdrew after he played terribly for Bremen (ending in him being dropped to the reserves) and Poland.

Speaking of Butland, Birmingham are 20th in the Championship and Lee Clark is not very popular. Theory being that Cortese should have never walked away from offering £6m with his hand, and Birmingham could have reinvested a bit in a new goalkeeper and used the rest on some decent players rather than a band of loans and really old free players. It's not Butland's fault but a really good young goalkeeper is not going to drag you into the Premier League, and I don't think he would be making any difference to us right now.

No Wilco, you can't show support to our players, manager, chairman or club. Gomarchingin is the most knowledgeable football person around, which is why when he is not posting on here, he is infact employed in Liverpool by one of the two big clubs there in some capacity as guiding their clubs. I would suggest it is Everton, as Liverpool aren't doing that well at the moment with their manager - perhaps he hasn't been attending his meetings with gomarchingin.
Surely Boruc will have given NA a reference for Boenisch. Must have something about him if he has played in the Bundesliga for Werder Bremen (weren`t they champions recently ?) and is an international. Height is useful too. Strange how the wheels have come off for him in the last couple of seasons though.
Hey, why not use the ignore button, rather than quoting him so that me and the many others who have gomarchingin on their ignore list don't have to see his idiotic ramblings.

Please just ask the Celtic fans what they think of Hooiveld and Fox , they're Championship players at best , Boruc will always be remember warmly .
And we would not be in the Premiership without Fox and Hooiveld ? I get done for speculation but that statement is up there with Elvis is on the moon and Michael Jackson lives in Netley...................................

Fox created 13 assists last season. Hooiveld scored 7 goals. I doubt we would have gone up without those contributions
Surely on the basis that they have both been with us for a season we are ready to make up our own minds on them.
