Vettel intimated that viewers should not be too shocked to chance upon accidental swearing in live sports coverage.

So that's what you can say about the public when you got Bernie as a friend <ok> he's bulletproof!
 
Vettel only swore because Kimi did, he did it to try to look cool in all probability. But he forgot that Kimi is able to get away with that kind of thing because of who he is, whereas Vettel I reckon is stuck between being his own man so to speak and pleasing those at the top i.e Bernie.

I think he'd have been better served by acknowledging that it wasn't a particularly bright stunt and then move on. His response to it was quite disrespectful.

Had Hamilton dropped the F-bomb on the podium and then followed it up with that response the media would have crucified him.

I think you'll find that I am entitled to an opinion... but since it doesn't fall in line with yours, it must be belittled by all accounts.

You don't have to debate it like you're defending your sisters honor at the local youth club. The level of Vettel fanboyism around here of late is reaching unhealthy limits.

You called his response "quite disrespectful" at first. A huge difference to "Suggesting people should change channel isn't acknowledging the misjudgment in my Option."
I guess you didn't even know his "first" response to the matter and probably still don't know it, am i right?

You know what i think is disrespectful? Unfairness. Or calling my opinion excessive Vettel fanboyism. I am a fan of F1 in general and Vettel is my favorite driver, yes, and so i defend him, whats your problem with that?

I'd like to refer to an earlier post I made in a different thread a short while back about my dislike of Vettel (without going into reasoning) and how lovers and haters of Vettel will never see eye to eye. Now we know Silver is a notorious Vettel fanboy -he proudly acknowledges it- and despite my post being against his favourite driver, he acknowledged me on a good post and gave me positive rep. You on the other hand gave me negative rep and said "hatred won't do any good, sorry".

Now, the rep I don't care about, but it does give an interesting insight into the mentality of your posting. Personally I don't think you go off to anybody who slightly hates on a driver as I've not seen any proof of it. However if Silver could acknowledge me on a good post (and we all know how crazy he is for Vettel), what level of fanboyism does that put you on?

In german thats called "Aktion und Reaktion". Some postings here just provoke a reaction. You can ignore me anyways, no problem.

I am more the defending guy. Heck, i even defend Hamilton or Alonso often against the haters here where i live (in Austria). So draw your own conclusions of that.
