If mine doesn't arrive by saturday I'll be presenting them with a farewell pack. I was a little reluctant to renew because of the current uncertainties, but the club apparently fogetting when the season starts, or that mail delivery has been impacted over the last 18 months, wasn't among them. It's a classic outsourcing cockup.
The club have told me to be patient, which obviously calmed me right down. Actually I threw a few more hundred pounds at them 'cos thats what I like to do, pay in advance for stuff which doesn't arrive on time. They seem blissfully unaware or unconcerned that some of us have transport to arrange/pay for.
Letters to my bit of dorset are a day or two behind normal service. my new postie tells me they have many people off isolating. Fingers crossed.
