Anyone else not got theirs yet? Conscious first home game of the season is on sunday and i know three season tickets holders yet to get theirs. Called up the ticket office to get told they have shipped them this week. Leaving it a bit late unless they had to individually cut out Ings and Vesty from the photo in each welcome pack.

Im not completely averse to doing it via phone but it is a nightmare if your phone dies. I have had it before where the club would not print me off a ticket until we had kicked off because they could not be sure that my season ticket code had been used or not.
18 months of doing **** all and our ticket office still can't get it right. I'd be pissed off if I had renewed.
Not got mine yet but my mate got his today. I expect mine to arrive tomorrow. If it doesn't then I'm going to really get annoyed.
If mine doesn't arrive by saturday I'll be presenting them with a farewell pack. I was a little reluctant to renew because of the current uncertainties, but the club apparently fogetting when the season starts, or that mail delivery has been impacted over the last 18 months, wasn't among them. It's a classic outsourcing cockup. The club have told me to be patient, which obviously calmed me right down. Actually I threw a few more hundred pounds at them 'cos thats what I like to do, pay in advance for stuff which doesn't arrive on time. They seem blissfully unaware or unconcerned that some of us have transport to arrange/pay for. Letters to my bit of dorset are a day or two behind normal service. my new postie tells me they have many people off isolating. Fingers crossed.
Great thread bud. Nope, neither my son. Must admit I didn’t want to give them any grief earlier in the week but now it’s getting a real joke. Fingers x’d for tomorrow but I don’t have much faith & fear trying to get to speak to anyone will be a challenge.
I opted for the e-ticket on my phone option, so mine is all sorted. But if I'm being picky, it's a lot of link clicks to actually get through to the QR code that I need to get into the ground. They could really improve that and the app in general. I know it's new, but still. I just need to make sure my phone is always charged up when I leave the house
