Hey guys, coming up to the busy x mas period and was wondering how people feel about the season so far. I myself am quite happy, the team seems to be in good spirits and we are starting show what we can do (beating league 1 Bournemouth). Ideally I would like to be top 3 by now but still plenty of games to play. I feel we have a good group of players with a an addition or two in January I feel we can really push on for a good finish.
Regarding the Rooney situation I feel it needs to be cleared up as soon as possible. If Rooney isn't prepared to accept what we're offering him there is no point paying his wages and leaving him out of every game till the summer, we should off load him January and use what little funds we'd get towards signing Jo Kuffour on a permanent basis. What are your views? Would be interested to hear if we're all singing off the same hymn sheet or not.
