I could name at least 20 other players for us that fit into the Hall, Myers category, but I'd struggle to find one more that was as **** as Bogarde.

I think Stan is a glass half empty man who sometimes lets his emotions sway his judgement. Followers of football all learn that being pragmatic is the sensible way to approach things, but optimism is heaps more fun. I used to be too negative, but that's a miserable place to be, so I worked on optimism.
Now is the perfect time to be optimistic. PL winners, great 1st season under a revolutionary manager, some new and exciting players to come in, adding depth to the squad to keep everyone fresh, some excellent kids finally breaking through, CL games to look forward to, and an even tougher PL season to come. Can we do the business and compete strongly? Of course we bloody can.

Exactly mate. Having lived through the garbage of 70s and 80s, these are times that I never thought I'd see. I'm loving it.

    I am full now.
lets get to work and sign some talent right away than being complacent.

With Hazard out, Mahrez wont be too expensive with 50mil.

All pretty slow on the transfer front right now.
Bit too early to start getting worried, but i would have thought we'd have heard something by now.
Other than the usual red top gossip bullshit of course.
Lukaku came out weeks ago and implied a deal was done with another club, so either that club wasn't us, or he was talking ****.

Juve are now letting Sandro go after receiving a substantial offer.

Sandro will be an upgrade over Alonso.
But Sandro isnt great at tracking back either.

Shouldnt pay crazy money for him. 30M is too much for his talent.
