i noticed a couple of the morning papers had karl robinson mentioned in them linked to us, but i imagine they probably just realised he hadnt been mentioned yet so it was his turn...
He was heavily linked with us before Barmby was appointed, I think it's probably a bit of re-hashing old news.
Billy Davies met with the owners well before Nick was sacked, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he was appointed, even though I hear that the owners are not entirely convinced.
i suppose we will have to wait and see. I hope they get on with it though. We need to be working on our squad for next season.
Adding to my earlier comment, I wouldn't mind O'Driscoll being manager, but I would much prefer Brownie
I think Davies is fairly capable as a manager, even if he is a bit of a twat. I'd prefer O'Driscoll, as I think he'd play better football and he's a decent bloke, who doesn't want to spend 75% of his time in Glasgow. But given all the choices, I'd still pick Barmby(not that this will surprise anyone).
Lazy comment. O'Driscoll joined the Forest staff on 18 January, and there has been a marked improvement in the quality of football (according to Forest fans) and results since then... Forest before O'Driscoll: played 26, points 24 Forest under O'Driscoll: played 20, points 26

Would be interesting if he went there - you couldnt have two further polar opposites than Steve Evans and O'Driscoll.
