I don't understand how you can say you have a stronger squad? You don't. You have bought a number of players whom have no prem experience. You still have no idea how they will fare. Your assumptions are as equal as our opinions.

Utter tosh mate. You gave it large on our club collapsing with our owner not spending the money and doing a runner. Now our signings are over paid amounts lol. Shaw 30mill for a 19 year old, Lovren 20 mill for a centre back that cost 8 one year ago, lallana 27 mill for a player who could never play 90 min for his club and was trying to break into a poor England team. What were they mike ? I suppose they all went on the cheap lol although Chambers will look a bargain at 16 mill in a couple of years. We are buying a top world class centre back on loan for one year then 6.3 mill, total rip off lol no wonder you guys went tits up, I reckon you and sb must have over seen the brown bag transfers. Lol

So a good transfer window after our "meltdown" if we're looking at mid-table? The desperation shown on here is the attempt to drag any negative into what appears to be an increasingly stable and improving situation. Judging by SB3's usual obsession, this is much more interesting than D2 football.

No desperation WD....... but you have to admit a few of the new signings have hit the ground running. Tadic certainly......Pelle getting there....Long hasn't had enough game time. Other slots filled in by our youngsters......Ok we need one or both of the last two signings to hit the ground running. It is reasonable that they should, after all both are full internationals. Most of our first team squad are full internationals and most are not yet in there prime or are just getting there. Quality wise it is a question mark granted......Depth wise We think we are better off from last year. Time will tell

How would you know what the real world is SB3........Judging by some of your ravings on here I very much doubt you would know the real world at all. Your lot are not 'proper' International players like we had a few short years ago, at one point with David James, Glen Johnson, Jermain De Foe, Sol Campbell, with all four players starting, I recall we had more players in the England first eleven than Man Utd!
