Should Scotland be an Independent Country?

  • Yes

  • No

Results are only viewable after voting.
This referendum was a great advert for democracy though. More turnouts like that in the future would be nice.

The turnout was astonishing. Glasgow at 75% was the lowest. High 80's and 90's for all other regions.

I usually like to have a dig at pople losing but not this time - I couldn't believe the atmosphere up there last week. Everyone you encountered was talking about politics which was really quite extraordinairy. I can get that yes voters will be gutted today and I'm not that big a **** that i'll take the piss!.

One good thing to come of it will be more devolved powers for everyone. We won't get our own parliament but it seems we will have our own MP's voting on what happens down here.. That said miliband is already having a hissy fit about it as so many labour MP's are Scottish so won't get a say..

It was quite exceptional, Dan <ok>

Democracy has spoken. We all move on. I'll bear a grudge to the servile cowards till I die though <laugh>

Naw, seriously, I will kill some of them.

It's decision making on the hoof again Sweats. No long term plan but just a knee jerk reaction to events. i'm getting sick of it to be honest. Even the Scottish plan is flawed - they're going to steamroller it through way too quickly without thinking of the unintended consequences for both sides.

We'll get what we're given. Now that we're remaining in the union Westminster has to to do jack ****. More devolved power? Mibby. They're aware 45% of Scotland wanted out of the union. How does that play to their own UK powerbase come the next election?

No voters, why did you vote no?

Are you happy with the way things are?

They shat themselves.

Do you want your own power for your own nation? No thanks, we're happy being a region so you tell me what we can and cannot do.

It truly beggars belief.
