I don't think that agenda would be too popular in Scotalnd Mick <laugh> but it is part of a debate which will take place when we do win. The idea is to create a new modern democracy. Scotland has lead the world before in creating a new capitalist system. I don't think we want to copy Hong Kong we can do better than that, because we can see their example and others add that to the Scottish creativity. Bob's your auntie!
