This little country of ours has natural resources that most countries in the world can only wish they had. We own the rights to the best fishing waters in the world. Waters which also happen to have massive oil reserves. We are sitting on the largest deposits of shail oil in Western Europe ando there are still an estimated 200.years of coal reserves under our feet. We won't even mention the iron ore yet untapt.

So it makes no difference if we are in Europe or out of it. The EU will be champing at the bit to deal with us.

The Uk is the same. Do you think if Scotland becomes independent England will stop buying our electricity or water or the countless other things that go down south every day of every week?

And all these 'fossil fuels' that the whole world is racing to try and consign to history is the basis of the Indy Scotland economy.

Aldo has completely lost the plot here folks. Somehow thinks little Scotland will bully the world into giving us what we want or we'll stop sending them shortbread.
