The independence manifesto, as per SNP, wants to get rid of Trident from Scotland. However, upon a Yes for independence their manifesto has to be voted upon again for them to achieve Government. Only then can they even start to do so.

It's a deep water naval base on the west coast . We live in a country surrounded by water . We will need a navy . Sorted .

Can't see the base, i'm 2 miles away. Nah, if the subs were redeployed (which they won't be) the base would close, it's always been a Sub base and any other boats there, like the Minesweepers would be redeployed to Barrow or the NE of England. No boats no base.
