I love that everybody is looking at the "Would Ashley choose Bruce and would Bruce go there" angle. I look as far as Pardew's contract and work out it doesn't matter who Ashley would pick, or who would go there, it ain't likely to happen because the chances of Pardew going in the first place is ridiculously expensive.

Though his contract is ridiculousy long, doesn't it also have a fixed one year settlement amount if he's sacked? (I'm sure I read that somewhere)

Surely if the NUFC fans want Pardew out he'll be staying because Ashley loves being a contrary Mary.

Guys, just heard a few rumours that our beloved owner is very close to offering the job to Steve Bruce, in spite of recent reports claiming Pardew is safe. This is waiting for the Cup Final to take place so as not to destabilize the club - anything your side to suggest this is accurate??
