Nass - one of your stranger fetishes is Leoncavallo, I'm sure there is good reasoning behind it. But if you are looking for a Graded class horse carrying top weight in a handicap I would look no further than Zubayr <ok>

He took my eye when running strongly behind Sceau Royal and I think the trip today will suit and this is a much weaker field than that in the Greatwood. The better ground should suit and the big thing for me is the flatter track. He might have too many gears for this lot.

Zubayr? So many unexposed sorts against him today and for some reason I think Brain Power might finally get his day. After all he is closely matched with Leoncavallo!

My eway L63 or 'Make me a millionaire' bet...

12:30 Ain - CUSHEEN BRIDGE 14/1
12:50 Sand - DING DING 9/1
1:05 Chep - WHAT A MOMENT 6/1
1:20 Sand - SOME KINDA LAMA 8/1
1:35 Ain - BEEVES 33/1
3:15 Ain - TROIKA STEPPES 12/1

Don't know why I bother with these multiple bets really - only managed to land 4 L15's in my lifetime and the last one was years ago <laugh> Perhaps it's the compulsive/dreamer side of me?!

Good luck all!!

There are four or five I could back in the becher for me, but I'm going for the young master Sam always rides this track well claiming 3 and at a big price Aachen but the jockey booking interests me. Liam treadwell rides this course well and the horse won a grade 3 last year off the same mark. Alvarado must be considered but my regular readers will know I've been all over fergal o'brien for a while and troika steps runs in the grand Sefton and gets my money. Cheers

A few of mine today, already been mentioned - I'm taking that as a good thing!

With you about Zubayr Oddy, although there ARE a few potential improvers, he makes the most appeal. Troika Steppes and Gods Own also for me - I understand Priceways has mentioned them, the bloody sponger! And in the 2-40 at Aintree, I like the chances of Irish Cavalier, small field where all can be made a case for, I got 7-2 and that will do for me :) Oh ... and Vieux En Rouge the Bechers (sorry Nass!)

Good luck all <ok>

SDG today for me (although have UDS in stable stars). Really good run last time and will be better for it. Think UDS might be a bit fresh and those railways might cause him some issues.

Un De Seaux (Sandown)
Minealla Rocco (Aintree)
Zubayr (Sandown)
Martello Tower (Fairyhouse)
Thanks for Tea (Fairyhouse)
Vieux en rouge (Aintree)

Heinz. Good luck all.

Really keen on CORRIN WOOD today (2.45 Chepstow) as I detailed on the thread earlier in the week. Took 4/1 earlier this morn. Most deffo an 'open the vault' job.

Good luck all.

Surely Taglitelle is too big to not back @ 25/1 in the 11 55 @ Fairyhouse

Hartside 22/1 2 20 Wetherby

Soaring Spirits 5 15 Wolves 16/1

I must say I have written many a critical word on here regarding Daryl Jacob over the years but he is riding out of his skin at the moment. Good man.

I wouldn't be rushing to take 8/15 about Cole Harden on chase debut - the King horse might well surprise him.
