What a great week of racing. Ended it up for the 4 days of bets and today giving my liver a rest after a 9am start yesterday and finish at 2am this morning in cheltenham... Native Rivers victory was worth celebrating.. Woolcombe Folly seems very quiet today! Lol

Anyhoo gonna have a bet on the Midlands National

Silsol 12/1 e.w 5 places..

Nice place..

It was a fantastic week's racing at Cheltenham, seemed more dramatic and enjoyable than for a few years, albeit the Irish swept most before them. I made a small loss but had some nice wins, Tiger Roll and Shattered Love amongst them. Native River's Gold Cup duel with Might Bite was a classic.

Midlands Grand National: Get On The Yager 7/1, Regal Flow 25/1 and Western Climate 11/1. Singles and combination f'cst/tricast.

REGAL FLOW <party> 16/1

Rather pleased about that.

Sounds dumb but saw a wine earlier called Iron Horse, there's a horse in the 5 20 Uttoxeter @ 33/1 called Iron Horse lol sort of dumb logic that throws up a winner now and again

Apple yes got a runner in the 5.45 wolves that's been off for nearly three years. Prior to that won a few. If I could be bothered to go out I'd back that.

3rd, only 1-2 for e/w which is why i only done it to win, good solid run though one for the notebook

Thanks Stick, as a newbie nice for you to give the time to quote - given that in my 'view only' mode, I liked what I saw you tip (and others)

Eddie, I am not royalty mate! I dont have time generally to go through all the posts on here and give praise where it is due. That is bad really as I love the whoops and hollers when they come my way.
Its good to see many new faces on here coming on giving it a go. It's not easy to get recognised but I am sure that a few more like that will get you a fan club especially with the solid reasoning behind it.
I hope you and the other newer faces on here feel welcome. There is a good crowd but I know it can be intimidating.

I''m not out for recognition, personally I just want what I think we all want, which is to beat the bookies. Normally I will quote a horse because I think he/she has a chance and hope that anyone backing the same, will have done their own homework. Just wanted to acknowledge your thanks as a newbie - would have been the same quote to others - actually my goal is to get more likes than posts!

There's another one Eddie. Sorry, haven't been on the daily thread for a while
