Slightly off topic a bit marra but I’ve got Derby in a accumulater with Liverpool,Leicester and Stockport to win the league’s,Derby seem the weakest part what’s your son’s expectations for the season <cheers>
The oldest is a miserable bugger and thinks they will fall short. The youngest is a dafty and thinks they have every chance.

Personally think they are like us in div1. They are falling short on players. Finances for them are a problem. They need a chanhe somewhere for me, or will keep falling short.

God some interesting comments in it

Its this fake idea that we have no ambition because we are trying to do something different. This person clearly hates our recruitment but our recruitment def isn't a random approach. In fact folk on here that might be against say they are against it as needs more flexibility but its def clear

As for their hearts not in it, totally made up. The fact kld still comes over to the games when he could be anywhere in the world shows his heart is in it.

Each to own is how i look at it

Sunderland are my club n will always be my club no matter what happens n this is the most excited ive been for the future of it

It's really annoying when people claim the club is just a plaything his mam's pocket money bought. Short was praised because he spent £200m but rarely showed his face. KLD was at Hull on Boxing Day ffs, Hull!!!! ...

... as you say he could've been on any beach, at any party or with his family

I've no problem with criticism, opinions, pessimism, etc, but there's been a whirlwind of hysteria recently that needs to blow itself out. When the club was virtually given away to Donald there wasn't a queue of buyers around the SOL. When KLD bought the remnants of the club it was a basket case that could've gone the same way as Reading or Derby, nowhere.

From then to debt free, with a chance of the PL, is canny imo ...

... as are the posts from Felltop and others.

Ha'way the Lads!!!
