Salmond nicked again

He won his case against the Scottish Government, no' a big building in Edinburgh.
It doesn't mean building tho...

My mistake thought as I didn't realise the case he won was specific to the actual Scottish government ...I thought his case was against the legaslative body that governs Scottish politics.
