Bit of an odd game so far. Torquay playing well and like they have nothing to fear. We just need to settle down now and dominate the possession in the midfield. Holmes sounds like hes doing OK and de Ridder is playing well. Barnet just taken the lead against Pompey (woop!)

Agreed. I say we drop it completely, it's a useless excuse to get into Europe...
Only way to spice up the league cup is to make it a British cup and play against the scottish clubs.
Shrewsbury are always Championship-quality in the first half of the season, and then no better than a Conference team in the 2nd. Must be infuriating.
