Shame for Danny, but I think he's one of those players that has found his level at the championship. I think we have enough young players in the 25 man squad that no-one has to make way for Forren, so it's not like we have to bump anyone out.
Danny Fox would only be used rarely when in dire straits...not likely to get many games. Been good for our club, but may be best for him to move on.
I agree. we can get a good price for him now and have Targett who has been on fire for the U-21's as well as Forren who could dover (+ Clyne played left back in several games for CP before joining us).
I still think Biglia might yet be someone we could go in for before Thursday night. Would allow Cork to give us another option at full back and would definately add real quality and depth to the midfield area.
Hope we get a pacey winger/striker in as well though!
Umm why? Highly rated, talented ball playing midfielder who is young, speaks Spanish like a few other team members and would fit the style of play? Loan to the end of the season would seem a disaster wouldn't it!
Reeves and Targett are probably no worse than Fox anyway, though perhaps more prone to error due to inexperience.
Probably doesn't think he's very good. He has done bugger all for Liverpool and wouldn't offer us anything. Pretty sure he's the guy who sexted a girl from twitter who turned out to be a male prankster.
I'd take that tbh. I think anyone who can come in and give us more options/improve the strength in depth then I'm all for it, especially on loan. Steve is not going to turn into a world beater and will more than likley not be staying with us long so getting someone in who can actually have an impact on premierleague games is fine by me.

fair enough, i've only read about it on the BBC who said he did. i just think he needs more time, after the last cup of nations everyone seemed to be expecting so much so its no surprise that he's not reproduced that form. but he does go to ground far too easily for my liking
Problem with Mayuka I feel is that we signed him for the future, he was only 21 and we signed him on a 5 year deal, definitely seems more like a prospect signing rather than a player to come in and play and make an impact right away... But without regular football at a good level (i.e. not chucked in the Reserves/U21) I think his progress has stalled. Really think he above anyone else could do with being loaned out, and surely there would be some decent teams willing to take him.
