Talking of Rooney, I actually agree with him here

T
om Brady is an arrogant prick and NFL & Football are two different disciplines. You can moan about Rooney's physical appearance, managerial know how etc, but you don't get to be Man Utd & England's all time top scorer by having a bad work ethic. Maybe Brady should realize he may know NFL, but you don't question the work ethic of one of football's greats (love him or hate him it is true) as he didn't get where he was by being a lazy twat.
Hmm, not sure how this is Saints related? :emoticon-0110-tongu

On the streaming front, my Saintsplayer subscription ended today, so I have been looking for an alternative IPTV provider. The best one I have found so far is StreamQ, who offer a free 24 hour trial, which I am in the middle of evaluating. Once you have got your head around the fact that it doesn’t automatically default to UK TV channels, it’s very very good. There is a UK Championship section in the channel list, which will hopefully be the first port of call when looking for the Saints games. It costs $12.99 a month or less if you take a longer subscription.

One of those moments when you can remember where you were; Kennedy assassination Tewkesbury, Neil Armstrong London, Rickie Exmoor.
I was working as a carer, in Bromley, at the time of Rickie’s England debut and the individual I was working for chose to ask for his liquid medication just as Rickie was waiting to be subbed on.
It shows how professional I was that I didn’t ignore him, spill the medicine all over him or accidentally jam the spoon down his throat, as Rickie scored.

I took the plunge and signed up to StreamQ for a year, which cost £61, a lot cheaper than Saintsplayer for pretty much exactly the same service. It uses the same Smarters Pro Lite app, so an easy changeover.

That James Beattie one at Stamford Bridge was one of the most “painful” goals in my Saints supporting life. A good mate of mine who was a STH at Chelsea took me to the game (his mate who couldn’t go let him have the ticket) and I sat right behind that goal in the shed end. I knew it was going in the second it left his boot and I remember thinking “oh ****” in fear of what I might do. Managed to keep a lid on it though. Painful!
