Well, remotely close for me
I very much enjoyed his part in Sadio's hat trick v Villa 2019
and his 2 v someone at some point at St Marys when he scored 2 and one was from 40-50yds out, over the keeper
slightly different, but
and when he broke his ribs, and was back playing again 2 weeks later
and those times when he looked dead on his legs after 80 mins and then a minute later he was out pacing the guy who had only just come on
anyone else want to share a Golden Shaney moment?

Thar brace you mention was the same day as the Mane hat trick!
Wasn't intended as a diss btw, not sure why you thought that? Shane one of my favourite players ever with Saints.
But his goal at Anfield is one of my favourite Saints memories full stop. So for me nothing else he did comes remotely close.

Very underrated footballer. Could do with him now
Obviously the fastest goal, the Liverpool goal, the assist and goals in the Mané Hat trick game, the tireless running, the all round salt of the earth guy, but let's not forget his part in the We Are Southampton song!
