Arteta just said effectively he thought it should have been a red card. Ralph went a bit further than that by saying as soon as Dean reviewed the challenge he knew it was going to be a red card and he mentioned that we would have a problem when they found out Dean was VAR. You can't say that.
Trouble is that what Ralph said was actually true, but I think what he said was misconstrued, I think he meant that seeing as Dean was asking for a review it was highly likely to become a red, I don't think he meant that it was specifically Dean, if he had said that VAR had called it rather than Dean, you are saying he wouldn't have got the charge?
