Great players for us.
Miss that team.
Still crazy that we had a League One side that featured five future internationals who combined for 140 appearances for England/Portugal/France.
And we came 2nd in that League. Adkins the GOAT
Probably the greatest team to ever play in League 1 (and maybe the Championship too for that matter). Difficult to see beyond my red and white tinted sunglasses.
While that Brighton team didn't have the star power, they had a fair bit of talent up top: their three strikers that year were Glenn Murray, Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood, all three of whom are still on PL clubs today (though Murray hasn't actually played in the PL this year).
