Has there been no discussion about MLT talking to Sky about feeling uncomfortable not wearing a BLM badge? Please point me in the right direction if I’ve missed it

As far as I understand, MLT is happy to wear the badge, in support of the Back Lives Matter campaign, but he disagrees with their slogan about defunding the police, which he has spoken to Sky about, apparently.
I think he just wanted to state his exact position in regards to it.

Maybe because he is the first personality with the gumption to stick his head up and say "the King is in the altogether"

Have a link?

This won't be popular, but he often comes across as a bit of a knob imo. I will counter that though with saying he was sound when I bumped into him in town once.

Brilliant player but reckon he'd be spoken about very differently had that ball gone out for a throw in...

He does come out with some utterly stupid things on Twitter, but it’s a shame these days that in general there is so much hatred towards anyone who doesn’t share the same opinion.

That’s not aimed at you or your comment by the way, it’s just what I see all over Twitter everyday. I should delete it really.

In reference to the BLM tweets, there was an interesting take from ex-Wolves player Karl Henry the other day pretty much saying he doesn't support the Black Lives Matter group and instead believes the lives of black people matter. I think a lot of people would agree but would be scared to speak out.

Reactions: Libby
Matty says he is uncomfortable with the political side of BLM and doesn’t want to wear the badge any more...and he has now been joined by the EPL. They support the cause but not the organisation. I knew this would happen...a very real and important issue soon attracts anarchists and troublemakers with different agendas. Then people who are unhappy about some parts of the organisation become labelled racist...dissent is not allowed in Twitter-world...you must conform, even if you died 200 years ago.

Yeah I can't say I agree with that. He has become a proper little ****house this season.

I love it personally, it's one of the biggest reasons for his improvement imo.
And from what he has said himself, the "nasty" side has developed entirely due to Ralph's coaching.
