Looking at the legalities of this, it can only come down to his word against the accuser.
No other evidence, whether it be witnesses or scientific. And the fact that she is bipolar and already feels like she has been judged by the police is going to make this even more difficult.
This is going to be messy, and have no conclusion. He'll probably move on in the summer, after being 'over looked' for the season. I think I might tap out on this, because the speculation will do no good either. What terrible timing for a football story. And a tragic one at that.

Wow.

Logged onto Twitter and this Valery stuff is everywhere. Must remember, it is only one side of the story, however convincing it may or may not seem.

I'm not enjoying seeing the absolute slew of hatred being sent to him online when we have only heard one side though. Not enough is known for people to be casting such strong judgements, particularly total randomers on the internet with no knowledge of the situation whatsoever.

Yan was online and active as little as 10 hours ago and I can't imagine what it must be like for a 21-year-old to see all of the stuff that's being said and speculated on right now.

Good digging Rich. That looks very similar to the stuff she has been posting. Be interesting to find what the thinking was behind that. A lot of the allegations were around the 20 week mark, so would be rather odd blaming the hospital in July knowing the other stuff.

I think everything she has wrote is inadmissible with an NDA in place. Sad that she has lost a baby whatever has taken place, but probably best to keep it in the courts while the cogs turn slowly. But, if she felt she was getting nowhere, this was sure to bring the attention.
