Just put my bet on Saints to win the FA Cup a tenner at 125/1. I always thought that we would improve as the season went on and with Chelsea, Manure, Spuds, Arse and even Citeh being beatable this season they look very generous odds.
Saying that we'll probably get beaten by 'Udders or draw the Scousers in the next round!...<laugh>

Who do people think the best people to contact about whether the Hudders match has var or not, the FA?

I doubt the ticket office would know, and probably just say what they think I want to hear so i buy rather than make the effort to find out for certain.

Asking the right question on Google helps, took several variations before I found the site I needed for the Referee allocations.

I dont believe VAR is in the FA cup, thought it was later Rounds. I’m going with my eldest if your going and wanted any company...

Every time I look I struggle to find anything other than '1/4 finals onwards and selected other ties at PL grounds'. Might have a better hunt later.

As above they seem to have said selected ties... if I end up going i'll be up for a quick drink or something though <ok>

If there is a VAR official appointed, I would assume VAR is in use.

Saints have been publishing a little series called Goals of the Decade. Great fun seeing the likes of Guly, Chaplow, Ramirez, Clyne, etc. Each goal comes with a little explanation of the player and a comment on the goal. 10 goals in each part. I'm on Part 4 at present. Here's Part 1:
