Loads of tickets left for United at home, really struggling with sales at the moment.

Wonder if the board will assess prices at seasons end, regardless of whether we go down or not?

For me it's not the price....I see no reason to travel to be made miserable. The journey back is so depressing. I have watched Saints in good, bad and indifferent times, but I have never known a time where there was so little hope of a win.

So lowering the price would not increase the chance of me going to a match, but I can see that it would be a nice gift for the valiant fans who do go...they deserve something.

Yeah I get that and everyone's different with different journies etc. I don't tend to go to St Marys much anyway but when I do I don't see a young fan base and it's these fans who are being priced out.

The problem is going to the match is a habit for a lot of people and if you're missing a generation of young fans who can't afford to go it could be to get them back and you risk losing them to big clubs too.

Especially if the team isn't doing very well.

Good to see Hughes working hard with the players who have been left behind from international duty. Apparently they have been given Thursday-Monday off and Targett is in Dubai

Anyone who willingly pays the over inflated ticket prices to watch Saints at the moment has severe mental malfunctions, and should book an appointment with the crisis team ASAP!

Just received an email from the club about offers in Christmas gifts. I noticed they had Southampton FC Monopoly..... apparently you buy some unknown assets from abroad or produce some yourself and then you have to sell them off for top dollar to the Liverpool FC Monopoly game before the end of the game to win.

Just added to your post

LinkedIn mailed me with recommended jobs for me....

I have a rule that someone in Sales shouldn’t follow someone who was top Salesperson, so maybe the person who did this before has sold everything off already. Tough act to follow.

While convincing the other players that, while you lost Park Place and Boardwalk with three houses on each, you're really excited about the potential of your one utility and the two light blue properties you picked up.
