Bright side people.
That is Arsenals season there, right next to our inconsequential game. I'm happy with that.

Wouldn't be surprised if he started tomorrow. New manager, fresh start and all that.Happy Birthday Fraser. Must be a difficult time for him.

I agree, he doesn't but Hughes may prefer Forster.I’d be surprised. McCarthy has done a good job and doesn’t deserve to be dropped.

I suspect Hughes is more concerned with the attacking bit to bother with the GK. Probably look at recent games and talk to the GK coaches. If he randomly selects Forster I will assume they are bessie mates.....and I doubt that. I hope Forster does reclaim some form and gets chances next season or gets a decent move.....but NOT now with so few games left.If Forster gets a recall, I will hit the roof of the terrace as McCarthy has been very good and I am sure we would be in a far better position in the league if Doppy MP had dropped him earlier as he was at fault for so many goals

So could be on to a loser either way. However, there seem to be a clique that seem to hate Hughes regardless. Some have segwayed smoothly from wanting us relegated to get rid of Pellegrino to wanting us relegated so they'd be proved right about Hughes. There is the thought that if Big Mac got injured in a Cup game, the great unwashed would unleash hell and blame Les Reed.
Likely to be a mid-week game though.Any news on the Swansea away game? I'll hopefully be able to get to one Saints game this season...
