Harwood-Bellis has withdrawn from Eng U21 with a hamstring injury. Really hope this is precautionary and that he hasn't actually done his hamstring.

So it sounds like they're going to go into a lot of detail about what Martin is trying to do. TBH I'm not entirely sure this is a particularly sensible idea. I'm all for transparency between the club and the fans but I'm sure there will a number of fans from either here or Saints Web going and will report back in detail what will be said/shown and will be easily available to any manager who has access to the internet (i.e. all of them). I also don't think it will achieve an awful lot. Regardless of the style of play, fans will be happy with wins and unhappy with losses and draws - especially at home.
Well done the ladies for beating Brizzle City on penalties in the Continental Cup. Good equaliser from Saints, who like the men’s team, wasted some good chances to be out of sight before going behind. Also worth noting that Brizzle are in the top women’s division, albeit bottom.
