Never been, but a lack of space sounds odd. Don’t they have about 10 pitches And didn’t we recently spend a lot of money on some renovations?
By the time that they have fought off the Nimbys and bribed the local Council it will be years before anything happens.
I'm really torn about whether to get a ticket for Leeds away. Pros: 1. It's a massive game - much better to be there than watch a crappy stream 2. I really enjoyed my trip there last season - great ground, great atmosphere 3. New signings will have settled by then Cons: 1. Journey time. If we lose it's a long, long trip home 2. Can't trust Jones to employ the right tactics 3. Is it worth the money? I'm thinking **** it, it was horrendous watching the Everton game on a stream, let's go.
Just go, and while you are there double up your efforts and give them a shout for me! (and for all those other old duffers that can't make it these days!.)
I'd love to get to some games but without owning a car also not fancying the drive the logistics of coming over from the Netherlands, Eurostar our preferred means, just about rules a trip out. I hope the strikes are ended with some realistic settlements that go some way to alleviating the causes. That's without the worry of getting any medical problems dealt with promptly.
Tom, If you can afford it go. My brother can no longer see any games live or on TV being no longer with us. He didn't think or know that was going to happen this time last year.
Yeah I think I will TBH. Just need to decide how I'm going to get there. I got the coach last year which was fine - one of the better coach parks TBF and not a bad ground to get away from. Might drive this time though.
You've all convinced me - ticket bought. Think I'll drive - plenty of parking options from what I can see.
With the greatest respect he has probably got more important things to do, like saving us from relegation?
