    Pretty sure that is Selles role, Was shared a while a YouTube video that his main strengths were defensive phases of play, with and without the ball.

    He went to Spain to do his badges because he was a Bielsa and Pep fanboy who couldn’t get on an FA course here. He’s certainly an interesting chap. He’s written pretty extensively about coaching and football too.
