https://offthepitch.com/a/premier-league-says-chinese-government-stake-southampton-not-significant

The Premier League has concluded its enquiries into Southampton's owners, and confirmed it was satisfied the Chinese state had "not gained a significant stake" in the club.

I haven't read the full article but I think I get the nuance.
Only having read the first few lines, there is a very slight hint that the Premier League has found the Chinese State's interest in the club is not SIGNIFICANT, rather than not EXISTENT.

Probably not the case but would be interesting to know the ins and outs.

Yep, watched my recording of that match only a few weeks ago. It's why I posted something about not getting too happy with surviving the PL, a few days later. Only a few years ago we beat a team on the last day 6-1. And, although we thought it couldn't get too much better, very few expected Saints to go back to struggling, or so soon.

Don’t know if it was because I was just a kid at the time, but this remains one of my favourite ever goals. I’d never seen a ball move in the air like that before. My child memory also maintains that the camera slows it down and it almost looks like a goalkeeping error.
Believe my 9 year old self, he didn’t stand a chance

I miss the Dell. :emoticon-0106-cryin
There was something very special about the old Dell, many on here have had great times there and shed tears there, everything about it was pretty antiquated, but I loved it. Even Fratton Park was impressive compared to the Dell?
Anyone remember '*** ash Lil' who served tea from the biggest tea pot I've ever seen in one of the refreshment sheds under the West stand? She always had a *** in her mouth and the ash regularly dropped off all over the place as it gradually burnt down. It certainly didn't make the tea taste any worse?
