Same here as I prefer retros and also because I'm a tubby ****er and modern materials don't suit middle aged heroes.

If the rumoured ones for this season are true though, I'm very very tempted

I say that whenever I see one I like but the reality is I wouldn't wear it and they're extortionate. Prefer a polo with the badge tbh.

I've not been one to wear one at a match since adulthood (bar the cup final) really and the only place I ever wear the sash one now is on holiday.

Better picture stolen from Twatter for the new home kit…. It’s got the sponsor to go…. But I’m strangely on board….!

I said I wouldn't post my concepts from last season here again as it was pointless but I was looking through my design files and found one of my 24-25 shirts that is sort of similar to what is supposedly this coming season's shirt.

What I did was try to replicate that particular 70s shirt (which is one I remember very well as I was going to the Dell with my mates every home game around those seasons, great memories ) but keep an element of traditional stripes in it too. So it wasn't a direct copy.

I mean some people will hate it, others might like it, or elements of it, but if you design sports kits I can tell you from experience, you will never win :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Have we signed the invisible man, or this Ross Stewart’s kit?

Yup, it's like having a cigarette sponsor or booze in my book, if you are okay with those vices it's fine, but they ruin many people's lives (one person from my family is in a jar in the Philippines because of one of them) and no matter what those companies say they couldn't care less about the effect of their product on you or your life as long as you are spending money on it.

Think it's banned as main shirt sponsor only.
This takes effect at the start of 26/27. In the premier league at least. Not sure if it’s the same in the EFL.

Edit: looks like the EFL are not following the premier league so no ban proposed as yet.

I think most people these days know a man who knows a man that can get cheap shirts these days…. I know I certainly do… and I’ve been offered the sponsorless version until the sponsor details are confirmed….

Well I know a man who knows a man who knows a man who knows a man who sells white shirts and knows a man who knows a man who sells red paint.

So I guess I’ve got access to a replica of the new shirt too
