A couple of results that I wasn't aware of.

Under 21's.
Tuesday 25th November 2025. English National League Cup. VBS Community Stadium 19:00
Sutton United 4 - Southampton U21's 1 (Kakay).

Under 18's
Wednesday 26th November 2025. Servio Men's Senior Cup PMC Stadium 19:45
Baffins Milton Rovers 5 - Southampton U18's 0.



 
Saturday 29th November 2025 Under 18 Premier League.
Crystal Palace U18's v Southampton U18's

1 - 0 Angibaud-Montjen 7 Minutes.
1 - 1 Gathercole 38 Minutes

1 - 1 Half Time.

2 - 1 Bernard-Ferguson 46 Minutes.
3 - 1 Casey 59 Minutes,
4 - 1 Somade 68 Minute,
4 - 2 Hawe 79 Minutes

4 - 2 Full Time, Palace are top of the League,

To be fair, he's been here for 3yrs and that's career progression and a step up for him professionally

I've been concerned by staff turnover when it's been 12-18 months with some people but I think 3yrs is pretty standard for people climbing career ladders like he is. Clearly well-regarded around the game from what's been said about him
 
Also, if we recruited another Championship club's (sort of) Academy Director to be our Technical Director would SR

(a) get absolutely slated for signing someone with no senior level experience
(b) get showered with praise for their visionary talent acquisition.

This is one concern for me. We seem to regularly lose technical staff. I am not sure if this turnover is normal but the implication is that the staff are not exactly behind SR.
