Discussions around the academy are always missing a lot of information. Just seen this Tella interview on YouTube. Pretty honest and informative and does shine a light on all the variables, physicality, technicality, mentality, injuries, timing. I know he wasn’t our player but his experiences do show how uncertain any pathway is.
