I've seen a lot of Ron's comments and to me he looks uncomfortable. It would not surprise me if he is under pressure from the board for not playing youngsters after all that is the key selling point of the club. Maybe Guan was right and maybe Ron is looking for a way out.
 
Quite enjoyed that first half. Good goal line clearance by Stephens, shame about the penalty he conceded.

Hesketh, Sims, Reed, Gallagher all look good. They are all very comfortable on the ball compared to Liverpool. Reed especially looks quality.
Seager is looking okay too - impressed with his hold up play considering he isn't a target man. He should have buried that one-on-one though!
 
Exactly like the first team! There's not a chance we should be losing this game.

First time I've seen Jack Stephens play. He looks very good.

Dare I say it: I think Reed would make more of an impact in the first team than JWP. I rate ward-prowse, and think he will improve, but Reed looks better at just about everything to me...
